Never try to get back links from the same anchor text links and descriptions. Most of the webmasters submits same guest posts on several guest blogging sites to get back links which comes under the Google scanner. Try to get links from different nature of profiles. In the end, it should look natural to search engines.

Everyone knows what is anchor text.

In the following text, terms like publishing, graphic design, placeholder text and graphic are anchor text, which are hyper linked to certain URL.

Now read the following sentence...

You know that these links are not natural. It will be considered total spam by search engines.
Try to be natural with anchor text and don't be aggressive with them.
